Baseball tripped up by Washington-St. Louis

GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The baseball team led into the third inning but ended up stuck on four runs in a 15-4 eight inning loss to Washington-St. Louis on Wednesday.

Jonah Moore was the starting pitcher and hurled 3.1 innings.  He allowed six runs and was charged with the loss.

Joe Wood went 1-for-2 with the bases clearing three-run double in the first inning.

Austin Marsh also produced an RBI double.

The Panthers (5-8) will play Eureka on Friday at home in their SLIAC opening doubleheader.
