GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honored Greenville University's Johari Dix with its final player of the week award for the 2017-18 season.

Dix led the Panthers to a SLIAC regular season title by winning two games last week, extending the teams current winning streak to five and conference championship run to three years.

Dix, a junior guard, averaged 23.0 points, 8.0 assists, and 5.0 steals over the two games while shooting 70-percent from the field.

He put up 32 points, on 11-of-12 shooting, in a win over Spalding, adding seven assists and five steals.

Dix followed with 14 points, in just 20 minutes, in a win over Webster, adding nine assists and five steals.

The Panthers (17-8) host the SLIAC tournament on Thursday and Saturday.  They play Westminster at 8 p.m. on Thursday night.
