ALBION, Mich. -- The men's tennis team posted a perfect 9-0 win over Olivet in their spring season's opening match.

Two players, No. 1 Nate Wieland and No. 5 Justin Tilford, completed 6-0, 6-0 wins.

Other singles winners included No. 2 Gabriel Munoz, No. 3 Daniel Pieplow, No. 4 Zach Plocher, and No. 6 Andrew Burkhart.

The No. 2 doubles team Munoz and Burkhart didn't lose a game as they won 8-0.

Other winners were the No. 1 doubles team of Tilford and Wieland and the No. 2 duo of Pieplow and Plocher.

The Panthers (2-0) face Albion on Saturday.
