ALBION, Mich. - The men's tennis team opened their spring season with a 9-0 shutout win over Olivet at Albion College.

The Panthers were winners in No. 1 through No. 5 singles and won No. 6 singles by default.

Greenville also won matchers at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles, and picked up a victory in No. 3 doubles by default.

GU's No. 2 Zach Plocher, No. 3 Justin Tilford, and No. 5 Mathew Gonzalez earned perfect 6-0, 6-0 victories.

The Panthers (1-1) face Albion on Saturday in Michigan.
