Men's tennis splits matches in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. - The men's tennis team split a pair of matches at Transylvania on Saturday. Greenville opened the day with a 7-2 loss to Ohio Northern before completing the day with a 9-0 win over Transylvania.

In the match against ONU, Ohio Northern swept the doubles matches, putting Greenville in a 3-0 hole.

In singles, GU gained a 6-0, 6-4 win from Andres Sanchez in No. 1 singles and a 6-3, 6-3 victory from Rafael Rodriguez in No. 2 doubles.

Later in the afternoon Greenville swept through Transylvania with a 9-0 score.

The Panthers (6-1) travel to Wabash for matches against Wabash and Franklin next Saturday.
