Men's track and field wins four events

The men's track and field team competed at Washington-St. Louis and Lindenwood on Friday and Saturday.  The team gained a fourth place finish at Washington-St. Louis and 13th place at Lindenwood.  The runners and jumpers went to Washington-St. Louis while the throwers traveled to Lindenwood.

Jeremiah Davis picked up a pair of wins as he completed the 100 meter dash in 11.12 seconds and the 200 meter dash in 21.69 seconds.

Jarrid Williams jumped to a first place position in the long and triple jumps as he reached 6.50 meters and 13.36 meters, respectively.

Davis also joined the 4x100 meter relay as he, Anthony Cable, Jarrid Williams, and Treyvon Manning  were second in 42.58 seconds.

Andrew Sharp gave Greenville a second place mark in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:52.33.

Jonah Peoples, Seth Jacobs, Bradley Stubbs, and Greg Mitchell were third in the 4x100 in 43.33 seconds.

Greenville's 4x400 meter relay worked to give the Panthers a third place performance as Manning, Nathan Potts, Sharp, and Jackson Pierce posted a time of 3:22.93.

Manning ran to a time of 56.98 seconds in the 400 meter hurdles to finish third.

The Panthers head to Millikin next weekend.
