Jeremiah Davis wins 200 meter dash at Wartburg

The indoor men’s track and field team was represented by Jeremiah Davis at Wartburg on Saturday at the NCAA qualfying meet.

WAVERLY, Iowa - The indoor men's track and field team was represented by Jeremiah Davis at Wartburg on Saturday at the NCAA qualfying meet.

Davis won the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.09 seconds.

His time did not improve his NCAA ranking as he entered as the 14th ranked 200 meter runner in the nation with a season's best time of 21.67 at the Principia Relays on Jan. 25.

Davis will await word from the NCAA on his qualification for the indoor national championships on March 8 and 9.
