Men's track and field collects 95.5 points in Millikin fourth place finish

DECATUR, Ill. - The men's track and field team compiled 95.5 points in their fourth place performance at Millikin on Friday.

Greenville's Carson Rantanen was the winner in the 100 meter dash, clocking a time of 10.76 seconds. He also won the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.14 seconds.

Di'Mond Salmond recorded a distance of 13.52 meters (44 feet-4.25 inches) in his second place performance in the triple jump.

Justin Miller and Colton Rich posted the 2-3 distances in the javelin. Miller threw the javelin 46.76 meters (153-5), and Rich had a throw of 45.35 meters (148-9).

Dylan Webster and Wesley Kile tied for third in the pole vault, posting a height of 4.25 meters (13-11.25).

Maurice Radtke ended third in the shot put with a mark of 14.11 meters (46-3.5)

The Panthers will return to action at the SLIAC championships on Friday in Greenville.
