Men's volleyball takes loss at Adrian

ADRIAN, Mich. - The men's volleyball team suffered a three-set loss at Adrian on Friday in Michigan as they played a non-conference match against an MCVL opponent.

The first set was the tightest as Adrian ended up on top 25-23.  Greenville hit 15 kills/8 errors/34 attacks/.206 hitting percentage in set one.  The Panthers improved to 14/5/30/.300 in set two despite dropping the set 25-21.

Adrian closed out the match with a 25-14 final set win.

Kyle Ward produced a 12/9/30/.091 line as he led GU in kills.

Johnny Milabu went 8/2/14/.429 on the attack and had a solo block and two block assists.

Tanner Smith had 33 set assists and three block assists.

The Panthers (6-6) play at Trine against Trine and Maranatha Baptist on Saturday.
