Men's cross country produces 21st place finish in NCAA regional

WINNECONNE, Wis. — The men's cross country team gained a 21st place performance on Saturday at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional at Lake Breeze Golf Club.  The Panthers were competing intercollegiately for the first time since winning the SLIAC championship.

Jacob Burrell covered the 8,000 meters in 26:46 to collect the 98th position in leading Greenville's runners.

The Panthers produced 579 points.

Rounding out the scoring for Greenville were Nathan Allyn (112th, 27:01), Nathan Potts (115th, 27:04), John Mangold (121st, 27:11), and Jaylen Shelton (133rd, 27:23).
