Wesley Woodard provided offensive production for GU with a 15 point outing and added six rebounds.
Emily Brandland recorded an 11-point afternoon, reaching a double figures scoring mark for the fifth time this season.
Jantzen Michael added 10 points and four assists.
The game was never in doubt with Greenville taking a 26-17 lead after one quarter and a 44-25 lead to halftime.
The Panthers extended their lead to 61-36 after three quarters and pushed it even higher by outscoring Principia 16-7 in the final quarter.
Greenville outrebounded Principia 34-30 and forced 18 Principia turnovers.
Allison Haug was GU's leading rebounder with seven in the game.
The Panthers shot well, recording a 50 percent 30-for-60 mark in field goal shooting.
Greenville (4-1) returns to action on Monday with a game against Washington-St. Louis at 7 p.m.
