BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- The women's track and field team competed at Illinois Wesleyan in their first indoor meet of the season.  Greenville saw Jessica Chappel produce the women's highest finish as she was third in the weight throw.

Chappel produced a throw of 13.62 meters (44 ft, 8.25 in).

Returning NCAA All-American Chelsea Gilles was fourth in the 600 meter run with a time of 1:40.39.

Gilles also produced a fifth place mark in the 60 meter dash with a time of 8.13 seconds.

Monica Niebrugge gave Greenville fifth place in the high jump as she cleared 1.37 m (4-6).

Marideth Tate finished number five in the weight throw with a mark of 13.17 m (43-2.5).

The women will return to competition on January 21 at Illinois College.
