Women's volleyball secures third straight victory

GREENVILLE, Ill. - The women's volleyball team recorded their third straight three-set win with a 25-22, 25-22, 25-18 win over Illinois College on Tuesday night.

Abby Freeman continued her dominating offensive play with 19 kills and just two errors in 29 attempts.  Freeman also totaled three solo blocks and four block assists.

The Panthers steadily improved their hitting percentage each set with .250, .316, and .333 rates in the match.

Anna Finch reached 11 kills from the middle position, and Emily Stahl added eight kills.

Allyson Grabowski and Whitney Nichols were effective on the defensive side of the net with 13 digs apiece.  

The Panthers (4-4) go to Spalding for a match on Friday night.
