FULTON, Mo. - The football team received a six yard rushing touchdown from George Harris in the final minute of the game to take a 24-20 victory over Westminster on Saturday.

The Panthers received touchdowns from Gregoire Franchomme, Sean Brooks, and Quincy Culpepper as they took an 18-7 advantage before Westminster battled back to lead 20-18 in the fourth quarter.

Harris's touchdown with 38 seconds to go capped a Panther drive of 52 yards in 132 seconds after they had forced a Blue Jay three-and-out.  In four-down territory on GU's final possession, a seven yard pass from Harris to Eric Kranh on 3rd-and-6 took the ball to the WC27.  After three plays and a personal foul, Greenville was set up with 2nd-and-Goal from the WC06, and Harris took it in.

Harris ended the game with a 16-of-29 passing effort for 158 yards and two touchdowns.

Running back Courtney Mitchell was the headliner for Greenville's offense with 189 rushing yards on 22 carries.

Eric Kranh caught three Harris passes for 56 yards.

Bryson Johnson finished as Greenville's leading tackler with nine.

Herman Esquivel produced six tackles, including three and a half for a loss of yards.

Brock Bullar and Micah Crutchfield snagged interceptions.

The Panthers (1-4, 1-2 UMAC) will go into their bye week on the high of Saturday's win.  They will not play for two weeks.
