Jesse Tyrrell joined the Greenville football staff in 2014 after he graduated from Greenville with a bachelor of science in pastoral ministry that spring. Following a successful senior season as a team captain and first-team conference offensive lineman, Tyrrell has remained connected to the program in various roles. Since 2014, Tyrrell has coached the running backs and been team chaplain. He now is a full-time assistant coach filling the role of director of football operations and co-offensive line coach. He also oversees the academic accountability program for football student-athletes year-round.
