GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The men's soccer team has been placed in the NCAA first and second round quad hosted by Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Mich. The Panthers qualified for their fourth NCAA national tournament by winning the championship of the SLIAC tournament on Saturday. GU's previous appearances were in 2008, 2010, and 2011.
Greenville (15-4-2) will battle the host Calvin on Friday. Wisconsin-Platteville plays Carthage in the other first round matchup at Calvin.
The winner of Saturday's second round match will face the winner of the John Carroll quad in the sectional.
