Men's cross country ranks sixth at Bradley

PEORIA, Ill. - The men's cross country team ran in an eight kilometer white race at the Bradley "Pink" Classic on Friday and received a sixth place position of 11 teams.

Dylan Goodyear finished sixth in the race as Greenville's No. 1 runner. He recorded a time of 25:55 over the eight kilometers.

Dylon Niswonger produced GU's second best time when he crossed the line in 33rd place. Niswonger gave Greenville a time of 26:48.

Collin Kessinger came in 38th with a time of 27:02.

Kaleb Carlson (52nd, 27:51) and Noah Dir (60th, 28:09) rounded out Greenville's scoring positions.

Overall, the Panthers collected 145 points, and they were just one point behind Eastern Illinois.

The Panthers will next compete at the SLIAC championships on Nov. 2 in Louisville, Ky.
