DECATUR, Ill. -- The women's cross country team participated at Millikin's H.W. Wright Classic on Friday and won the competitiion.

The Lady Panthers were led by Lia Kruse who finished in first place in 23:04.06.

Brooke Goodyear followed Kruse in second place.  Goodyear completed the course in 23:37.99.  Sheridan Noll brought back Greenville's number three time with a fourth place finish in 24:24.41.

The Lady Panthers were five points from a perfect score with a 20 point performance.

Greenville returns to action on Friday, October 14, at the Bradley Classic.
