WINNECONNE, Wis. — The SLIAC champion women's cross country team collected a 23rd place finish on Saturday at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional at Lake Breeze Golf Club.

Greenville finished 23rd with 682 points, and Washington-St. Louis won with 66 points.

The top finisher for the Panthers was junior Lia Kruse, who was 63rd and covered the 6,000 meters in 23:18.

Brooke Goodyear was 89th in 23:45, and the rest of the scorers were Jordan File (172nd, 25:21), Sheridan Noll (175th, 25:26), and Megan McKee (183rd, 25:37).
