Women's cross country captures third place at Olivet Nazarene

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. - The women's cross country team participated at Olivet Nazarene's meet on Friday and ended third of the seven teams with an 84 point showing.

Hannah Williams paced the Panthers in the race with an eighth place time of 21:19 over the five kilometer course.

Kori Nesbit was almost one minute behind, clocking a 22:17 in her 17th place finish.

Sabrina Favela filled the number three running position for Greenville with a mark of 23:25 that was good for 33rd place.

Emma Leonhard (38th, 23:37) and Ashleigh Brubaker (46th, 24:31) rounded out Greenville's placement.

The Panthers head to Augustana in two weeks for a meet in Rock Island, Ill.
