GREENVILLE, Ill. - The football team defeated Martin Luther 30-27 on Saturday afternoon in another classic between the two teams. The Panthers came from 27-13 down in the fourth quarter to the tie the game, and Lucas Hermo won the game for the Panthers with a partially deflected field goal with three seconds left.
The Panthers (3-2, 1-0 UMAC) will go to Northwestern on Oct. 8 for a game at Noon.
