BATESVILLE, ARK. - The women's basketball team topped Lyon for the second time this season, recovering from a 28-20 first quarter deficit by outscoring the Scots 54-32 in the second and third quarters en route to a 92-80 win.

Both Carolina Hoffman and Savana Powell-Goodman posted 19 points in the Panthers' winning effort. Alyssa Seymour added a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds.

Hoffman also tallied eight rebounds, six steals, and two blocked shots as she contributed in multiple ways to the outcome.

Greenville outrebounded Lyon 45-32 and held a shooting percentage advantage of 48.6 percent to 41 percent in shots attempted from the field.

The Panthers (13-9, 10-5 SLIAC) will continue their trip south on Saturday with a game at MUW.
