ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The women's track and field team posted a third place showing at Washington University on Saturday.
Greenville collected 29 points, finishing behind Washington University and Illinois College.
Savannah Maloney placed first for Greenville in the javelin throw with a mark of 26.53 meters (87 feet)
Tawny Rodriguez recorded first place in the discus throw with a distance of 38.48 meters (126-3).
Rodriguez also won the shot put as her attempt reached 12.30 meters (40-4.25).
The Panthers travel to McKendree for a meet on Friday.
