Women's indoor track and field led by Sharp at Principia

ELSAH, Ill. - The women's indoor track and field team received four school records from Cayden Sharp in her first place pentathlon achievement on Saturday.

Sharp collected 3258 points to finish at the top.

Keiko Palen, Olivia Mansfield, Leah Brown, and Eva Schwaab were first in the 4x800 with their time of 11:09.

The distance medley relay team that included Mansfield, Palen, Sedina Logan, and Gretchen Carie posted a time of 14:03 in their third place showing.

Tawny Rodriguez provided a throw of 38 feet-2 inches in the shot put to take third.

Alexa Seger finished fourth in the 60 meter dash, clocking a time of 8.24 seconds.

Greenville's 4x400 meter relay team of Mansfield, Palen, Schwaab, and Carie recorded a fourth place time of 4:46.

Greenville goes to Illinois College in Jacksonville for a meet on February 5.
