Women's cross country records second place at Washington-St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The women's cross country team ran to a second place finish at the Washington-St. Louis meet on Friday at Forest Park.

Gretchen Carie crossed the finish line first out the Greenville runners, taking 10th place with a time of 16:30.

Tessa Moon took the second spot for GU with a 13th place time of 16:59.

Raven Vance earned 15th with a time of 17:04, and Norah Swinigan was 17th in 17:32.

Sedona Logan completed Greenville's score of 50 with 18th place and a time of 17:37.

The Panthers return to the course on Friday, Sept. 15, at Illinois State.
