GREENVILLE, Ill. - The men's basketball team recorded their third straight victory with a 125-107 win over Covenant on Saturday in H.J. Long Gymnasium.

Greenville punished Covenant in the first half, building a 71-55 lead by halftime.

In the second half, the Scots trailed 99-93 with 7:15 to play, but the Panthers put distance between the teams with a 26-12 run to close out the
Win.

Ja'Rod Webb tallied 19 points to finish the game as GU's top scorer. Christian Bennett managed to score 16 points, and Kiarie Patrick had 12 points.

Joseph Craig and Adrian Alvarez each posted 11 points. Craig ended the game with a double-double by adding 10 rebounds.

Vincent Rodriguez provided five assists and four steals to lead GU in those categories.

The Panthers (3-1) will host Dominican on Tuesday at 6 p.m. in H.J. Long Gymnasium.
