GREENVILLE, Ill. - The women's basketball team completed Saturday's game with a 69-61 loss to Illinois College after the Lady Blues outscored GU 19-9 in the third quarter to overtake Greenville's narrow 37-35 halftime lead.
The Panthers had three players post double-figure scoring efforts, and Carolina Hoffman led the squad with 16 points.
Savana Powell-Goodman tallied 14 points, and Natalie Iberg added 11 points.
Alyssa Seymour helped Greenville on the glass with nine rebounds in the game.
Hoffman posted a team-high three assists, and Powell-Goodman swiped three steals.
The Panthers (3-2) will play their next game after Thanksgiving when Crowley's Ridge visits Greenville on Nov. 30 at 5:30 p.m.
