Women's track and field heads to two venues

The women's track and field team competed over the weekend in two locations.  Several women performed admirably.

Lia Kruse posted a time of 4:54 in the 1500 for a four second lifetime best.

Sheridan Noll was third in the 1500 at Monmouth in a time of 5:19.72.

Jayda Fowler posted a time of 1:09.70 in the 400 at Monmouth for a fifth place showing.

Taylor Tucker had a pair of top finishes in her sprints.  She was third in the 100 at Monmouth with a time of 12.72 seconds. In the 200, her time of 26.39 was sixth.

Savannah Maloney provided a third place mark of 11.66 meters in the shot put.

Marideth Tate was fourth in the hammer throw with a distance of 42.72 meters.

The Panthers will compete in the NCCAA national outdoor championships on Thursday and Friday at Grace College.
