Women's volleyball earns position in SLIAC championship match

GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The women's volleyball team secured their position in the SLIAC championship match with a 25-20, 24-26, 25-20, 25-17 win over Webster in the semifinals of the SLIAC tournament.

Greenville senior Savannah Sells produced 14 kills and four block assists to lead Greenville.

Kirsten Laune provided 17 digs and 46 assists to pace the Lady Panthers in both categories.

Allyson Mitchell added a double-double with 10 kills and 15 digs.

Sierah Ruffner was also a presence at the net with 13 kills, one solo block, and two block assists.

The Lady Panthers (24-7) will play the winner of Westminster and Spalding at approximately 7 p.m. in the final.
