Women's cross country takes eighth at Bradley

PEORIA, Ill. - The women's cross country team competed in the Bradley "Pink" Classic white race on Friday and produced an eighth place finish.

Greenville's top runner was Hannah Williams who had a six kilometer time of 24:43 to place 33rd.

Kori Nesbit was seven runners behind with a 40th place finish in 25:12.

Victoria Dyson provided Greenville's number three time and a 43rd place mark of 25:31.

Emma Leonhard was 47th overall and recorded a time of 26:05.

Sabrina Favela completed Greenville's score with a 51st place time of 26:48.

Overall, Greenville had 214 points, and 10 teams earned complete scores.

The Panthers will run at the SLIAC championships on Nov. 2 in Louisville, Ky.
