Football receives all-conference honors

GREENVILLE, Ill. - The football team had six players honored as UMAC all-conference team members.  Five Panthers were named to the second team and GU had one member of the All-Sportsmanship team.

Greenville's Eric Kranh, Gregoire Franchomme, Sam Fitch, Gavin Jordan, and Brock Bullar received UMAC second team designations. 

RB/WR Kranh ran the ball 48 times for 280 yards and had 34 receptions for 435 yards.  He scored seven touchdowns.

TE Franchomme caught 52 passes for 466 yards and produced four touchdowns.

OL Fitch blocked for a unit that was second in the UMAC with 235 rushing yards per game and fourth with 19.6 points per game.  The Panthers were third in the UMAC in yardage and fourth in yards per game.

LB Jordan held the team lead in tackles with teammate Bryson Johnson and had 66 during the season.  Jordan produced a team-high 33 solo tackles, forced two fumbles, recovered a fumble, and returned two interceptions for 125 yards.

DB Bullar filled the stats sheet with 45 tackles, three interceptions that he returned 65 yards, and six pass break-ups.

QB Dalton Mitchell was Greenville's selection for the All-Sportsmanship team.  He served as quarterback in eight games, passing for 1108 yards and running for 131 yards.

The Panthers finished the season with a record of 3-7 (3-4 UMAC) and tied for the fifth place position in the UMAC standings.
