Men's track and field represented by Anderson and Brown in day two of NCAA nationals

GENEVA, Ohio - The men's track and field team had two competitors in the NCAA Division III national championships on Friday. C.J. Anderson ran in the 100 meter dash preliminaries, and Nate Brown participated in the shot put.

Anderson ended 15th in the preliminaries of the 100 meter dash with a time of 10.70 seconds. He ran in the third heat and placed fourth among the group.

Nate Brown had an attempt of 14.04 meters in the shot put, placing 18th overall. He recorded his best effort on his first attempt and later offered a distance of 14.03 meters in his third attempt.

The Panthers will conclude their season on Saturday when Dylan Goodyear will run in the finals of the 3000 meter steeplechase.
