Women's tennis takes 8-1 win over Nazareth

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. - The women's tennis team claimed a dominating 8-1 win over Nazareth on Tuesday.

Greenville swept doubles play with wins by the pairings of Aura Becerra Cerinza and Emma Wieland, Michelle Lynch and Samantha Siefken, and Emily Buratovich and Maddi Walsh.

Kelsey Finley won in No. 1 singles in a tiebreaker, and Claudia Principal had a straight sets win.

Annie Bellinger, Siefken, and Noelle Beans won in pro-sets.

Courtney Blaser retired in No. 2 singles to hand Nazareth their only win.

The Panthers continue their trip on Wednesday with a match against Mount Union.
