George Schneider and Markus Isaiah each posted two runs and two hits for the Panthers, and starting pitcher Braden Maltbie worked six innings with four runs allowed and five strikeouts.
GU received an RBI single from Dylan Hill in the first inning to go on top 1-0 and added a second run in the top of the second when Jacob Sutton reached on a fielder's choice.
The Gorloks tied the game in the bottom of the second and took a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the third before GU knotted the game and 3-3 with a bases loaded walk to Snyder Pennington.
Both teams scored a run in the sixth inning.
Ian Wilson pitched two scoreless innings of relief, and Stephen Hardwick was tagged with the loss when he retired one of the four batters he faced in the ninth inning.
The Panthers (18-24) will play Westminster at 11 a.m. on Friday in an elimination game. With a win, the Panthers will advance to play the loser of Spalding and Webster later on Friday in another elimination game.
