GREENVILLE, Ill. - In a fast-paced, high-scoring contest, the Greenville Panthers outlasted the Concordia Chicago Cougars, securing a 109-96 victory at home in their season-opener.
How it Happened:
Greenville was led by a balanced offensive attack, with Kiarie Patrick scoring 16 points and grabbing 8 rebounds, while Tahj Comeaux posted a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Grimmett Glenn's 14 points, including 4 three-pointers, and Brandon Tully's hot-shooting performance (9 points off the bench) helped the Panthers maintain a lead throughout the game.
