GREENVILLE, Ill. - The men's basketball team is the 2025 SLIAC Men's Basketball Tournament Champion after defeating Webster 115-104 in the championship matchup! The Panthers earned their third-ever SLIAC Tournament title and are heading to the NCAA Tournament for only the second time. Vincent Rodriguez and Carlos Crespo made it onto the All-Tournament team, while Kiarie Patrick was awarded the Tournament MVP.
How it Happened:
After defeating the Eureka Red Devils 134-117 in the semi-finals on Friday evening, the Panthers took on Webster in front of their home fans.

Patrick was unstoppable, pouring in 31 points on 13-of-19 shooting while grabbing nine rebounds and nabbing five steals.
The Panthers thrived on their relentless pressure, forcing 37 Webster turnovers and turning them into transition opportunities.
