GREENVILLE, Ill. - The men's volleyball team secured its first home win of the season with a 3-1 victory over Missouri Baptist (JV) on Wednesday night.
How it Happened:
The Panthers fought through a competitive match, taking sets one, three, and four to claim the win.
Greenville opened strong with a 25-21 first-set win before narrowly falling in the second, 25-23. The Panthers responded in the third with a dominant 25-17 performance and sealed the match with a tight 25-23 fourth-set victory.
Tyrone Ealy led Greenville with twelve kills, while Hunter Paulson posted an impressive .474 hitting percentage with ten kills and four blocks.
Caleb Day contributed nine kills and two aces.
Setter Kevin McGhee Jr. paced the offense with nineteen assists.
Greenville will look to build on this momentum as they near the end of the season.
