Women's gymnastics finishes season by setting a new high at Michigan St. quad meet

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The women's gymnastics team traveled to Michigan St. for a quad meet in their last competition of the season. Greenville finished fourth with a score of 189.750, setting another program high.
The Panthers racked up their best score of the meet on floor, scoring a 48.200.
Rachel Miller was GU's leader in the floor exercise, tying for twelfth place with a 9.825.
In vault, Amara Nelson led the Panthers with a 9.750. She also led in the beam with a 9.775.
Ashlie Leage posted a 9.600 in the bars with Sienna Blake trailing close behind with a 9.475.
Nelson was entered into the all-around competition, earning a combined score of 38.450 and placing fourth.
The Panthers end the 2024 season with three wins and a new team high.
