GREENVILLE, Ill. - The women's volleyball team's eight-game winning streak came to an end on Tuesday evening after losing 3-1 to Illinois College.
How it Happened:
The Panthers had a successful first set, winning 25-23 and collecting fifteen kills.
However, GU fell off after the first set and was defeated in the remaining games.
Nonetheless, Elaina Evers led the team with thirteen kills, one ace, and two blocks. Abby Grohmann was close behind her with twelve kills and one ace.
Defensively, Lucia Garcia collected seventeen digs and Mia deJesus led the team with seven blocks.

The Panthers (12-6, 7-0 SLIAC) have a week break until their 6:00 p.m. match versus Webster next Tuesday.
